Dan joined Guggenheim, Inc. in 2018 and has over 5 years of experience in the field. He is the asset manager of our office property management portfolio, managing over 620,000 SF.

Prior to joining Guggenheim, Dan spent 7 years with 800 Superior LLC, in Downtown Cleveland, as their Chief of Security and was promoted to assistant property manager. His main responsibility was helping to oversee and manage a 475,000 SF 23-story office with 2,000 employees. He managed vendor scheduling, ordering maintenance supplies, weekly owners reports, daily tenant request and in addition, was lead administrator of Building Engines.
