She has been involved in many aspects of real estate including the industrial, office and retail sectors, office management, advertising, marketing and property management. Prior to joining the Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Group, Lesley worked as the Marketing Director for one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Cleveland, Ohio.

Since joining Guggenheim in 2011, Lesley has implemented office procedures and a marketing program for our properties, held the position of Office Manager, established a system of databases for all relevant company documents and most recently taking on the additional responsibilities as Property Management Coordinator. This position ensures compliancy with tenant insurance requirements, coordination of utility services for all managed properties and working as liaison between tenants, property managers and our maintenance technician. Her organizational and recordkeeping skills ensure maintenance of office standards.
