Richard joined Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Group in 2018 to lead the Retail Management and Leasing division and provides advisory service for the company’s portfolio.

Richard has 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with expertise in maximizing clients’ investment goals and objectives throughout the real estate cycle, including medical office, office, retail, industrial and multi-family investments and leases. Richard has extensive experience working with real estate owners, developers, asset managers, tenants, attorneys, accountants, lenders and architects.

Richard‘s career has included directing the management and leasing of a portfolio consisting of medical office and mixed used buildings valued at over $250 million located in Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio and Texas.

He also has extensive experience in client relations and corporate growth with national real estate owners and developers. Richard has been involved in proforma creation, land assemblage transactions, asset management, and leasing and marketing strategies on large mixed use projects.

He has also served as a court-appointed receiver involving all property types. Richard has successfully completed over 400 transactions including new and renewal leases, acquisitions and dispositions for his clients.
