Dean’s interest in commercial real estate began while completing his high school senior project with Passov Real Estate Group. While pursuing his B.S. in Economics and Policy Analysis at The Ohio State University, Dean gained experience in different facets of the business through multiple internships. Dean initially spent a summer with Guggenheim focusing on market research and property valuation. The following summer he went on to work at Monarch Investment and Management Group, one of the 10 largest owners of multifamily real estate in the United States. There, he specialized in asset management and aided in the oversight of more than 2,500 units in the Cleveland and Akron markets. Dean is also a member of the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Site Source, a national retail broker network.
