Prior to joining Guggenheim Lauren’s career included the management, marketing and leasing of many properties throughout Northeast Ohio. She has extensive knowledge in owner/investor representation, construction supervision, contract negotiations, budgeting, and tenant relations.
She currently manages the preparation of annual budgets, monthly financial and management reports, reconciliations, lease compliance, tenant relations and supervises the accounts receivable and accounts payable process.
Lauren graduated from John Carroll University in 2013, with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration – Human Resources. She also received her real estate license in 2016.
