Steve’s responsibilities encompassed various facets, including but not limited to facilitating market data collection, conducting market analyses, and fostering synergistic relationships with brokers, sales, management, and marketing teams to drive successful pitches and projects.  Steve’s current position involves him in lease negotiations, market research, property valuation, and specializing in tenant/landlord representation.

Prior to transitioning to the realm of commercial real estate, Steve distinguished himself with six years of professional baseball experience.
